Have you ever rolled out of bed not being the slightest bit interested in what to have for breakfast? And you just throw together anything you find, hoping it will taste half-decent… well this isn’t the case for me!
I’ve come up with a way of keeping healthy AND satisfying your tummy for the day ahead. I probably caught your eye when I titled this “Pick ‘n’ Mix” as this may have mixed up an idea of sprinkling fizzy cola bottles and rainbow drops on your cereal, but in fact this is a healthy and yummy alternative.
Before starting, here are my favourite combos for topping yogurt or granola:
- Chop up any fresh fruit you are using. Dollop your preferred yogurt or sprinkle your cereal in a bowl and top with your preferred topping.
I would recommend you refill every pot at the beginning of a week so you are prepared to just throw it in your breakfast whatever day.
