These are possibly the quickest and easiest cakes I’ve ever made, perfect for when you’re fancying a bit of choccy. Plus, you’ll definitely have the ingredients in your cupboards.
1 Cup of Nutella
1/2 Cup of Plain Flour
A few Hazelnuts (optional)
- Throw all the ingredients in a bowl (leaving out the hazelnuts) and mix together until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a small tin lined with baking parchment (sprinkle some hazelnuts on top) and pop in a 175 degree C preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Once cooked through to the centre – don’t worry if your tester doesn’t come out completely clean – serve warm.
That’s it! It involves hardly any washing up, no fussing about and you’re left with a batch of warm nutty brownies.
