3 Ingredient Nutella Brownies

These are possibly the quickest and easiest cakes I’ve ever made, perfect for when you’re fancying a bit of choccy. Plus, you’ll definitely have the ingredients in your cupboards. 

You may have to scrape out the last of your many Nutella jars, but they’re definitely worth the sacrifice.

1 Cup of Nutella

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup of Plain Flour

A few Hazelnuts (optional)


  1. Throw all the ingredients in a bowl (leaving out the hazelnuts) and mix together until well combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a small tin lined with baking parchment (sprinkle some hazelnuts on top)  and pop in a 175 degree C preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Once cooked through to the centre – don’t worry if your tester doesn’t come out completely clean – serve warm.

That’s it! It involves hardly any washing up, no fussing about and you’re left with a batch of warm nutty brownies.
